Notes | Woody vine, twining up to 6 m in height. Flowers protandrous, calyx-tube abruptly bent upward, apically erect; outside purplish-brown, lobes black; inside throat just above bend wine-red, otherwise cleamy yellow. Calyx of old flowers witherd below throat, wholly dark-purple or black above throat. | ||||
